Rob’s Weekly Blog + traininng plan w/c 29/09/14

Monday 29th Sept. 7pm gym. Thirsk school.     
Core  work with Sonja.
Wednesday. 1st October. 7pm Sports hall.  
At the moment the sports hall is empty before we start so we could start warm ups just a little bit earlier. For those who like a little chat before you start then a 6.50pm start is  recommended!!
The outside group. 3x 5min/ 2 min recovery. Time to get the head torches out. Check your batteries.
Sunday 28th September.  Swimming pool 2pm 
Sonja is taking Aqua jogging and floats are being provided. This is free to all club members and there are still places available.
Relays.  Last week we had 7 teams in the NYSD xcountry relays. This is a record for the club and I think it would probably have been a record turn out for the relays for the league as a whole. Thanks to all those who helped and ran in the event. Things are looking good for the winter xcountries which start at Acklam on Sunday the 5th October. Just at the moment the weather would suggest we are not ready for xcountries.  But I must say I am enjoying running all the trails and paths while they are such good condition.
