Monday 14th July.  7pm Athletic Club.   
Core work, short strides and sprints. Recovering from the Kilburn 7!!
Wednesday 16th July.   7pm Athletic Club..     
Beginners group.  Continuing to grow and improve.
Core group.                    
2 x ( 8 x 1 min / 1 min recovery) 4 mins between sets .  30 seconds recovery between 3 & 4 and 7 & 8 in each set.
It doesn’t matter what level you are at you can all do this session. Start at a level you can maintain and stay with it. Prepare, focus and just do it.
Club Championship race. Sunday 13th July 2pm Kilburn 7( miles)  
Entries on the day.  It could be hot!!
