Rob’s Weekly Blog + training w/c 28/07/14

Monday 28th July. 7pm Athletic Club. 
A prompt start last week seemed to work very well. Could we have a similar start this week as well!!  More core work and strides etc.
 
Wednesday 30th July . 7pm Athletic Club.  
Beginners Group.   Station road time trial.    Please bring some nibbles for afterwards.
 
Core group. David S and Steve B have organised a 3 leg relay. Each leg is 2 miles long so it will be possible to get a time for this which will count towards your handicap for future races! Teams will be organised on the night. Lets hope the weather stays fine.  Also please bring some nibbles for afterwards and we can all meet for a drink in the Athletic Club with the beginners.
 
Sunday 27th July. Herriot 14k  Seeing the weather is good (too good for racing!) it has been suggested we have a pic-nic  after the race. Lots and lots of ice cream would be just what we need!!
