For those meeting us at the venue,  7.00pm  North Bay mini round-a-bout next to the brightly coloured beach huts.( The Castle behind you, the sea on your RHS) The session on the sands is 2 x(8 x 1min/ 1rec) 3mins between sets. Time keepers are welcome but we will definitely stop before we get to Whitby. It might be an idea to bring a towel as it may be raining or you may even want a dip. I am told it is quite cold at this time of the year (isn’t it Steph?) so you have been warned!!. It will cost you Roughly £12 for supper so lets go and just have some fun, you are all welcome.

Also, Peter would like a few words…

‘It’s a few weeks until the next Wednesday night session with me, so I just wanted to say to you all that I am very, very impressed with how Harriers as a group have improved over the winter. I know I’ve been pushing you harder as the weeks have gone by, and introduced you to some new and perhaps rather ‘interesting’ exercises! But you’ve all given it a really good go every time, and I can see that your technique on the exercises has consistently improved, which means that you’ll hopefully be seeing the benefit of it sooner or later – all of the sessions are designed, ultimately, to help you with your running. Of course, I’m here and taking sessions for your benefit, so please keep telling me what you like, what you don’t like (and why!), and how you think things might be improved; I’m always looking for feedback. See you all soon!’

See you Sunday,
Rob
