Rob’s Weekly Blog and training update w/c 16/02/15

All training sessions start at 7pm.  This makes it simple.  Half term this week so no school.

Tuesday  17th Feb

Athletic  Club, group run. Brian/Rob

Wednesday 18th Feb
Athletic Club.  3, 6, 6, 3 mins.  /  1, 3 ,1 Recovery.
Anyone out there injured who would like to blow a whistle?  We would love to see Wednesday night.

Wednesday 18th March. 5.30pm.    Scarborough sands training session. We have already filled one bus and are on the way to filling another and if Walter is available we have someone to drive it too.  Please come forward and put your name down ASAP. It will be a good night!!
