Rob’s weekly blog and training update w/c 05/06/2017

Monday 5th June.   7pm Atheltic Club.

Hill reps over A19.  Setting off from the athletic Club at 7pm.  Can pick up/meet on the way to arrive at the flyover at approx 7.20.  Sonja has a testing session in mind once more.

Beginners group, week 3. Again meet at the Athletic Club where Andy and Jody will meet you. Hope you are all enjoying so far.

Tuesday 6 June

Social group run from Thirsk and Sowerby leisure centre, meet in the foyer at 7pm. All abilities welcome, scope to run at your own pace as there will be several stops to regroup along the way. Mostly off road though may depend on the weather, trail shoes not essential but can be worn if you have them. Please also wear high vis if you have it. Route to be decided on the night, 5-6 miles.

Wednesday 7th June.  Ossy Oiks Fell Race.  7.15 start.  Ingleby Cross.

T & S H are hosting this one and Bryan is race director, starter, finisher and just about everything else so if you can spare some time then I’m sure he would be glad of some help. Please let him know ASAP. Good luck Bryan and thanks for organising this event.

7pm At the Athletic Club for longish reps for those who are at a loose end and need a little stimulation. I hope I have recovered from last nights run by then!
