Monday 13th October. 7pm.  School gym     
Wk2 exercises with Sonja. Are you all doing your homework?
Wednesday 15th October. 7pm  School Sports Hall.  
First part.  Core work with Peter.
Outside group.  With Bryan M. Not only does he have a better watch than me but he also has better eye sight! 
2 x ( 7 x 1Min/ with 30 secs roll over recoveries)  2 minutes between sets.
Inside group.    More pressure burn outs with Paul. EYLC !!!
You are all being blessed with fantastically brilliant coaches. Please come along and use them. Prepare to be inspired!!
