Rob’s Weekly Blog and Training Update w/c 03/07/16

Monday 4th July. 7pm Athletic Club.

Sonja will be back from her recent mountain climbing expedition and I’m told she is looking forward to putting us through some tough schedules once again. Lets see what what she has learnt!!

Wednesday 6th July. 7.15 Ossy Oiks. Fell race.

Bryan and Fran are organising this event on behalf of TSH so it would be great if you could support them on this one, well done to you both and all those helping out. You will need shoes with suction pads on if the weather doesn’t change and just in case you were wondering, yes there is a bit of a hill in it!!! Hopefully next year we will have our own fixture at Sutton Bank and maybe even have it as a Club Championship race, a bit like the olden days.

Wednesday 6th July. 7pm Athletic Club.

If you are not into fell running then we can put together a few long reps. Peter may have finished bending iron bars by then and could be back with us but I have a feeling he may fancy the fell race.

Guess who came second at Ripon on Tuesday night? Well done Duncan and you told me you were injured.
