Next week we will be a little more sure of what we are doing so I'm looking for just that little more commitment on all fronts. ( please!!) Remember we all want to look good in front of that bathroom mirror!!!!

Richmond Castle 10k 11am www.northernrunningguide.com/race/richmond-castle-10k

The race starts in the Batts riverside park area, and is all on roads apart from a very short section on grass at the start. Runners pass the spectacular Richmond Falls on the River Swale before crossing the river at Green Bridge and climbing Sleegill. A quick look over the shoulder from Sleegill offers fine views of Richmond Castle. Runners are then taken on a short circuit of Catterick Garrison before returning to Richmond and a great finish within the grounds of Richmond Castle

Message from the chair:

Please don’t forget our AGM on Wednesday night – Please come a support the committee members and everyone else who works behind the scenes. Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers is a great club, achieving great things.

May I take this opportunity in thanking everyone for your support over the last 12 months. It’s good to see lots of new faces at the club; even better to see lots of new helpers coming forward to help at events such as Thirsk 10, x-country, Sessay and Harrogate league.

Thanks everyone!
Duncan
