It’ll be cold!

Monday 8th April. 7pm Athletic Club.  Wk 5. Sune Challenge.

Wednesday 10th April. 7pm Athletic Club.
Please remember these first two nights will probably be cold.  Be well wrapped up and also warm up properly. Vest and shorts might not be a good idea!!

Handicap. What a good turn and what a good race for all those taking part. Steve worked wonders on the timing and we all finished quite close together. ( thanks Steve) Three people came forwards after the race and told me the distance we ran on the handicap. 2.03, 2.04 and 2.16ish miles. I’m not telling you who they were but if all these watches are accurate, then I think someone took a short cut. All I can say is, the course has been the same distance for the last 10 years.
