5 Best Running Moment Had lots and lots but really enjoyed the Northern Cross Country Champs at  Chester-Le-Street. 1984 ! 9 mile of ankle deep mud and hills
     
6 Worst Running Moment My first half marathon. York 80. getting to 10 mile and someone in the crowd shouting i should be running not walking. how embarrasing.
     
7 Favourite Training Love running trails and hills and mountains. Mostly alone or with my dog Molly.
     
8 Local training Area Mostly train in the woods and hills around Sutton Bank but i will run anywhere.
     
9 Other Interests Love travelling, adventure, meeting people,helping people,nature,most sports, food , heck i just like living.
     
10 Running Aspirations i would like to run a sub 37 10k this next spring (or is it just a dream) oh and beat Cameron up Honister pass a week Saturday !
