7 Favourite Training Rob's training on Wednesday nights in sports the hall.
     
8 Local training Area Harrogate, used to like running around Newby Wiske which is a lot quieter.
     
9 Other Interests Body combat classes, skiing, reading, chick flick movies, going out for meals, spending time with friends and family, currently doing a Masters Degree in Child Forensic Studies.
     
10 Running Aspirations To get back to how i used to run a few years back, need to run more and get my times better.
