The Latest from Billy Cramp-Up / Local Coach and Adviser 28 July 2007
Billy has advised many top stars of the benefits of weight training. Billy remembers a young skinny athlete that was struggling with his
10km race times. After the athlete had met up with him , Billy drew up a weight training program , and insisted that the athlete
should stick to the program to get the full benefits as missing sessions would be wasting the athletes time and more importantly Billy's.
Within months of vigorous training routines the athlete soon became a star. Many people may of heard of him , he goes by the name of
Arnold Schwarzennegger. This may be a slight stray from his original event, But Billy says he thinks he over did it on the size of the weights
he had recommended Arnold to lift. Charles Atlas the skinny Ballerina was another of Billy's pupils.
Billy says be careful when writing down the size of the weights you intend to use. He says you are better using pounds and ounces as a small
slip using Tons tends to lead to drastic effects.
Hopefully we will have more valuable information from Billy Cramp-up next month.
