Interval Training - Do you know if your training at the correct speed/pace for intervals ?
Good old Billy says " These young uns these days have it to easy , not like my good old sessions "
Billy has a great test indicator as to weather you have been training at the correct pace for your longer repetitions.
The morning after your interval session you should only be able to get down the stairs backwards as attempting
to get down the stairs forwards sends spasms of electric shock pain through your quadriceps .Not only do you get
this feeling , but as an added bonus you get to put your feet up for the next four days watching T.V. as your fit
for nowt else .Billy recommends two of these sessions a week , if it's an eight day week.
