   Hydration

"Hydration, I say Hydration" do we really need it ?

Billy says not to bother wasting time hydrating before the race or you will end up bursting for the toilet on the start

line , and don't bother with that nonsense of hydrating during the race , you will end up loosing a valuable couple of

seconds , and it's a sure bet when you grab that drink there will be none left in it to drink after it's splashed everything

 besides your tonsils.

My top tip is to save the hydration for after the race. As soon as you cross the finshing line and pass out ,you will find

the local St John's Ambulance first aider will be on hand helping you with your hydration on the way to the hospital.

Oh ! Make sure you check with the race organisers before the race that a St John's ambulance team will be in attendance, as

the last time i tried this without a St John's Ambulance first aider present the locals threw me off the bridge into the stream

and shouted "don't come back you idiot"

 What do they know.

Hopefully we will have more valuable information from Billy Cramp-up next week.
