Big session on Wednesday!

Monday 17th June. 7pm.  Athletic Club.

Wednesday 19th June. 7pm Athletic Club.  2 x  ( 2 x 5mins/ 3min recovery)    5 minutes between sets.              
It sounds a big session but no more than last week. You were all very positive and with the same attitude you will continue to improve. Lets just do it!!
